Winning Colours Multi-Cleaner® Sales Start in Tennessee

Tests in the South Confirm Popularity of New Clean-up Solution

September 24, 2006  Barrie, Ontario, Canada -  Winning Brands Corporation (PINK SHEETS: WNBD) announces today  that Winning Colours Multi-Cleaner® is moving from “test market” stage to live sales in Tennessee effective immediately.   The new clean-up solution had been undergoing long term consumer testing to ensure that it will meet consumer needs in the southern market region.  Prince Hardware in Centerville, TN is an Ace Hardware banner.  It has been the lead test site in the region because it represents the American heartland and is considered to accurately reflect the market realities outside urban centres.  Ace Hardware is a retailer owned co-operative with 4,700 locations in all 50 states and several international markets.  Other Ace Hardware stores are nearing the completion of their testing of Winning Colours Multi-Cleaner® in other regions.

Winning Colours Multi-Cleaner® is making news in the industry because of its easy conversion of oil based messes and other problems into a simple clean-up with plain water.     The opening “live” order for Winning Colours Multi-Cleaner® (www.WinningColours.com) by Prince Ace Hardware reflects increasing physical distribution of Winning Colours Multi-Cleaner® in the USA.

Winning Brands’ Sales Manager Lorne Kelly says that the significance of the order is that it demonstrates how systematically the Company’s plan for national distribution is being implemented.  “It’s happening” he says.  “We are following a plan step by step.   First creating awareness amongst professionals, being patient during trials and supplying small initial quantities for personal verification are the early steps” says Kelly in discussing the company’s recent start in Maryland and now Tennessee.  “Becoming a national brand in the USA is the logical result of all that we are doing” he added.

Winning Brands Corporation (www.WinningBrands.ca) is a North American manufacturer of environmentally responsible cleaning solutions.  The company’s mission is to replace hazardous chemicals in widespread use with safer alternatives.  In addition to its consumer products, Winning Brands is ramping up the introduction of a non-toxic alternative for Dry Cleaners wishing to discontinue use of Perchloroethylene, amongst other industrial applications.
